The Shan State Investment Committee (2/2020) meeting was held on October 29, 2020 at the Shan State Government Office, in Conference Hall (1). Dr Lin Htut, Chairman of Shan State Investment Committee, Committee members include Shan State Road Transport Minister Khun Ye Htwe, Shan State Minister for Planning and Finance U Soe Nyunt Lwin , Shan State Cabinet Secretary U Nay Lin and 4 members attended. At the meeting, 4 applications for full Myanmar citizen investment were approved and 15100 million kyats (including US $ 4.349 million) and one joint venture foreign investment approval application (US $ 1.39 million). A total of five projects were approved, creating 420 jobs for local workers, and one business was approved for re-assignment.
