Directorate of Investment and Company Administration held “Knowledge Sharing About Myanmar Companies Law” on 28th July 2026 with the aims to encourage Myanmar Companies Law in Taunggyi, Shan State.
Approximately 250 people attended the discussion, including the Chief Minister of the Shan State Government, the Chairman of the Shan State Hluttaw, state government ministers, state-level departments, business associations, and business owners.
U Sai Htin Soe, Chief Minister of the Shan State Government, delivered the opening remarks at the discussion.
And then, U Sai Tin Aung Thein, Director of the Shan State Directorate of Investment and Company Administration, explained and discussed the Myanmar Companies Law.
In Addition the second part of the event, U Win Naing, Deputy Director of the Shan State Directorate of Investment and Company Administration, explained the step-by-step procedures for company registration and the submission of annual returns the MyCO system.
