The Shan State Investment Committee (6/2024) meeting was held on August 28th 2024 at Shan State Government Office meeting room. U Aung Aung, Chairman of Shan State Investment Committee and other members attended the meeting.
In the meeting, the secretary of the Shan State Investment Committee explained the operational condition of the supervision team on the beneficial use of loans issued by the Covid-19 fund. Then the secretary explained for the amendment of endorsement for Aramaw (Nyaung Shwe) Co., Ltd and temporary suspension of business for San Yang Paper Mill International Co.,Ltd .
The Shan State Investment Committee has approved US $ (16.163) million in (7) Foreign investment and (46216.301) million kyats, including US $ (7.592) million in (18) Myanmar citizen investment. These businesses have created (1484) local jobs and (68) foreign jobs in Shan State.
