The Shan State Investment Committee (6/2023) meeting was held on August 17th 2023 at Shan State Government Office meeting room. U Aung Zaw Aye, Chairman of Shan State Investment Committee and other members attended the meeting.
At the meeting, plantation of avocado and production & processing of fruits (such as avocado , mango), Hi Avocado MTD Co., Ltd., running with endorsement No.(YAPANA-010/2020) which sumitted for amendment of endorsement. The business will invest an additional 0.60 million US dollars from 4.13 million US dollars through joint venture foreign investment, increasing the total investment amount to 4.73 million US dollars.
The Shan State Investment Committee has approved US$ (15.563) million in (7) Foreign investment and (32220.744) million kyats, including US$ (6.158) million in (14) Myanmar citizen investment. These business have created job opportunities for 1362 local and 68 foreign in Shan State.
